Healthy Aging

I don't believe that growing older has to mean growing sicker! 

Staying mentally and physically well does mean aging mindfully though. 

It involves making choices about the food we eat and activities we involve ourselves with.

I have experience in working within resthomes and aged care hospitals.

I am able to help you plan a strengthening and stretching programme to keep you (or those you love ) moving easily into your later years.  

I am also able to provide manual therapies and supplementation to help eliminate or reduce symptoms of pain. 

If pain and reduced function are the result of an injury I may be able to provide treatment under ACC
